Our services
The services offered by Sangiorgi Legnami to its customers are at the forefront of the sector. More than 70,000 square meters of warehouse located between the headquarters and near the ports of Livorno and Naples. A production and marketing of a wide range of logs and sawn timber of the best quality, personally tested and imported from all over the world. Modern sawing, processing and drying plants, with high technological intensity, provide a fast and quality service. A widespread sales network, both in Italy and abroad, in order to satisfy in real time all customer needs. An extreme variety of wood applications for the most diverse sectors: furniture, indoor and outdoor floors, parquet, doors, windows, coffins, cabinet making, boating, joinery, carpentry, staircases.
Selection of raw materials
We purchase the raw material directly from the places of origin from saw mills with which we maintain close relations of collaboration.
Transformation
Sangiorgi Legnami has two sawmill plants with the possibility of transforming logs up to 2 meters in diameter and 9 meters in length.
Production
At the customer’s request it is possible to carry out additional work to obtain a customized product
Drying
Our dryer park is made up of 18 cells, with which we can monthly dry a quantity that exceeds 5,000 m³.
Marketing
Our company manages a sales of over 50,000 m³ of wood a year, only on the Italian market, between logs and sawn timber, of which about 20,000 m³ of sawed Italy,
Shipment
We maintain close collaborations with trusted transporters able to offer, in different ways and means, a detailed and prompt service
