TECHNOLOGICAL FEATURES | Sapwood and heartwood are distinguished. The sapwood appears yellowish-white and it is not workable while the heartwood is light brown with some dark streaks. It is a medium-hard and compact wood and it has a great resistance to fungi attacks. |
DRYING METHOD | Belì can easily be dried without problems. |
MAIN USES AND WORKING | This wood presents some smooth and compact surfaces for which it can be selected for the construction of appreciated furniture and good quality. |
